The 107th annual Kipona Festival will take place in the City of Harrisburg, spanning Riverfront Park and City Island from Saturday, September 2 to Monday, September 4.  Angel Dweh, a Liberian-American Afrobeat artist, is scheduled to perform on Monday, September 4, at 12:10 pm a live music set.
